This includes ensuring high-quality, brand-right, and on-message copy across all class launch platforms and placements and creating bold, high-concept class launch campaign lines that stop readers in their tracks.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who knows how to design, setup and test landing pages for different variants with creative and data focus. As well as help build and refine optimization tests online including landing pages, while liaising with others to test creative strategies to ensure optimal conversion rates.

Role + Responsibility

  • Landing page design and development in website builders (Shogun, WebFlow, ClickFunnels, FullStack) or landing page software for paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Review current client landing pages and prepare brief areas to increase conversion rates (i.e., landing page optimization audit).
  • Maintain and enrich the brand identity of our company
  • Develop and execute strategies to turn ideas into an optimization and testing plan
  • Manage the building and refining of optimization tests based on previous learnings, new insights, and requests from the digital marketing team
  • Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account when formulating new tests and hypotheses
  • Own testing of landing pages to ensure optimal conversion rates
  • Liaison with graphic designers and other colleagues to test creative strategies
  • Report the results of experiments and work with team members to make positive test results permanent

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CX) to join our CX team and deliver world-class customer experiences. Customer Experience Specialists are responsible for responding to customer requests/tickets, assisting the Director of CX in daily tasks, and managing a team of remote Customer Experience agents. This role is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company with career opportunities.

OPERATIONS

Director of Wholesale

The Ridge is looking for a Director of Wholesale to lead and expand our Wholesale/Retail/B2B Sales team. The Director of Wholesale will be responsible for setting and executing on the wholesale strategy for the Ridge together with a team of Sales Managers and Operations/Logistics Managers. This is an exciting and results driven role in a fast growing company where you will have the opportunity to grow the offline side of our brand in alignment with the Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with high growth DTC brands, acquiring and nurturing wholesale accounts, expanding retail presence, creative brand activations and corporate B2B programs. Familiarity with ERP systems and backend systems supporting Wholesale integrations is a major plus. Reporting to the CEO and VP of Ops, they must be able to balance driving strategy and team management while maximizing sales results and representing the Ridge brand “in real life”.

  • 5+ ​​years experience in wholesale sales and operations with increasing leadership and proven sales results in theconsumer goods space is a must
  • 3+ years experience in managing a remote/national, high-performing multi-account sales team
  • 2+ years experience growing wholesale/retail presence for high-growtheCommerce and/or DTC companies nationally and internationally; and through brand activations
  • Previous or existing working partnerships with retailers such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, etc.
