What we are looking for

The Partnerships Manager atThe Ridge will help leverage our relationships with influencers to create and enhance marketing campaigns.

Key Initiatives

  • Identifying influencers that are great fits to represent the Ridge brand, initiating contact, negotiating, and pushing content life
  • Creating and further developing relationships with influencers and managers
  • Analyzing influencer performance to create recommendations, goals, and strategies
  • Helping repurpose influencer content for paid ads and internal campaigns
  • Keeping a pulse on new sponsored content that’s going live, and monitoring for high quality, interesting content that we can leverage across our other channels

 The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years’ experience of working with influencers and managing a 7-figure budget for influencer marketing
  • Able to identify new talent and influencers at any stage of their career
  • Organized and able to manage communication with hundreds of influencers
  • Expert, in-depth knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.
  • Experience strategizing and executing national and global influencer campaigns
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and being able to use it to analyze campaign and influencer performance

Paid Media Manager | Google & YouTube

The Ridge is a fast growing, profitable, 8-figure ecommerce brand looking to bring on their first internal paid media manager dedicated to top of funnel efforts on the Google ad platform.

The Ideal Candidate

Social Media Manager

The Ridge is seeking a Social Media Manager! This role is responsible for day-to-day management of all our social media channels - planning, creating, posting and measuring organic social media content performance.

A successful Social Media Manager demonstrates a clear ability to develop initiatives and campaigns to drive business goals such as earned media, audience growth, owned engagement, acquisition, reach, churn mitigation and more.   • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in managing relevant social media channels with 100K+ followers (agency experience is a plus)

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who knows how to design, setup and test landing pages for different variants with creative and data focus. As well as help build and refine optimization tests online including landing pages, while liaising with others to test creative strategies to ensure optimal conversion rates.

Role + Responsibility

  • Landing page design and development in website builders (Shogun, WebFlow, ClickFunnels, FullStack) or landing page software for paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Review current client landing pages and prepare brief areas to increase conversion rates (i.e., landing page optimization audit).
  • Maintain and enrich the brand identity of our company
  • Develop and execute strategies to turn ideas into an optimization and testing plan
  • Manage the building and refining of optimization tests based on previous learnings, new insights, and requests from the digital marketing team
  • Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account when formulating new tests and hypotheses
  • Own testing of landing pages to ensure optimal conversion rates
  • Liaison with graphic designers and other colleagues to test creative strategies
  • Report the results of experiments and work with team members to make positive test results permanent
