Iām so grateful to have discovered RIDGE brand. I purchased a wedding band for my fiancĆ© (now husband) a few months back but we unfortunately got robbed traveling across the Southern states to our new location and our jewelry (including our wedding bands) were all stolen with his vehicle. I was so devastated because our wedding was in less than 4wks. I didnāt realize that RIDGE had a warranty in place to cover lost or damaged items. I put in a claim and they understood our situation and replaced it for us. It wasnāt the original style (Damascus steel) due to its popularity, but we were so relieved to have his ring replaced with another quality ring from RIDGE just in time for the big day. Thank You! Originally got a larger ring and tried it for a while but it was too big. The exchange process was easy, got a smaller ring sent and it fits great. Like the look and it seems like a high quality ring so far!
My fiancĆ© and I are in love with this ring! It has nice weight to it and feels such high quality. Itās also so nice to have a silicone option as he works with his hands every day and we donāt want to damage the metal ring. The case is also very nice. We are very happy with our purchase :)
New the quality was going to be on par with their wallets (have one of those) but when I saw the rings, I new I had to get one for my husband and I. The first one I bought for my husband ended up being a size too big, but Ridge has an outstanding exchange system in place and a new one, that ended up fitting, was shipped out to me the next day! Great that it comes with a silcone ring as well for the gym and outdoor work. I, the wife, was also able to get one for herself since introducing the womens rings. highly highly highly would recommend these rings to anyone. These definitely compete with the $500 rings out there.
