Never Lost Forever Fit Terms:
Each purchase of a Ridge Ring Set comes with Never Lost Forever Fit Protection. This allows up to 2 future exchanges or replacements for the same color and material ring in a different or same ring size. If the same ring is no longer available or in stock at the time of the claim, an alternative style may be selected.
Never Lost Forever Fit Protection covers up to 2 replacement rings for the following reasons:
- If the Ring gets lost or stolen
- If the wearer experiences a size change
- If the Ring(s) are damaged or scratched from wear and tear
- If the Ring is broken or torn by accident
- If the wrong size of a personalized Ring is ordered
- If a Ring is purchased outside of ridge.com and is past the return or exchange policy date
The Never Lost Forever Fit Protection Program does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
A new purchase will be required after a second replacement is received to re-enter the Never Lost Forever Fit Protection program.
Returns and Exchanges
Ring size changes during the 99-day risk-free trial may be exchanged through the returns portal. Rings purchased outside of ridge.com and through authorized retailers (Amazon and SCHEELS) will be subject to return policies from the retailer they purchased. If your ring no longer qualifies for the return period with the retailer, you may use one of our Never Lost Forever Fit replacement rings.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase may be required for a lost or stolen replacement to be initiated. The Forever Fit Never Lost Protection program does not cover abuse, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
In the event that the wrong size ring was purchased with personalization, a Never Lost Forever Fit replacement may be granted. Requests for non-personalized rings as a Never Lost Forever Fit replacement may be granted. However, the ring will still not qualify for a return for a refund, and the personalization fee is non-refundable.
