Replacement Elastic for Ridge Wallet

Customer service can be hard to come by these days. That’s not at all the case with this company. The elastic was wearing out on my wallet, I really didn’t expect that to be covered under warranty, but they immediately sent me a new elastic band AND the torx driver needed to swap it out. Very painless, I felt appreciated as a customer, and I’m impressed there’s still a company that stands by their products like this. Makes me want to spend more money with this company, the problem is their products are so good I’m not really in need of anything else at the moment.

I've had my Ridge wallet for about 10 years and just now had to order a replacement elastic piece. I will never go back to a regular wallet.

I purchased my wallet in 2019. After daily use over the past few years, the elastic has become a bit worn and lost some elasticity. After reaching out to see what the best option would be, I was quickly contacted with a few questions regarding shipping and my product. Shortly after I received information regarding my replacement elastic, that it’d be on its way immediately. Awesome company, awesome customer service, and an even better product. 5 stars!!
