Compact enough to make traveling easier, but big enough to carry your stuff. I’ve taken it on 2 trips so far and it’s been fantastic. I’ll l probably end up getting another one. Would make a great gift as well.
Compact and very usable!Easy to use.I keep mine stored in my truck.Absolutely love it!
Exactly what I wanted. A lot of pockets and organization but remaining a slim and condensed. Great protection for the laptop.
For three years prior, I was using a The North Face backpack. I decided to switch to this one because I was tired of it falling face down whenever I set it down on the ground, which is ironically contrary to its brand name??? Anyways, my expectations have been WILDLY surpassed with this backpack.
For one, it stands up when I set it down on the ground. My guess is its balance is largely due to the strategic placement of all its pockets. I carry a lot of stuff in the small pockets and that kind of front-loaded my previous backpack, whereas all the small compartments are in the back of The Commuter. This helps keep it nice and upright and also well-shaped (doesn't get lumpy in the front as much).
I love the straps because they're comfortable and easy to sling on without needing significant shoulder extension range of motion.
The water-resistance is awesome; no words needed to expound on this. It's just really durable and while I'm only a couple months into using it, I think this backpack's going to last me a long time.
I love that it has a little slip for the luggage bag handle so you can set it on top! This, along with the passport RFID pocket, and the Tile pocket, are excellent travel features. That and it fits really well as an under-the-seat backpack.
