Like our products, our warranty program is Built for Life. In addition to defects in materials or workmanship, our Built for Life warranty also covers loss, theft, damage from regular use, and accidental damage. If you need parts to keep your gear functional? Thatās free, as always. If you need a full replacement, weāll send one your way at a fraction of the cost. No matter what comes your way, Ridge has your back.
The Ridge Built for Life warranty covers all Ridge Wallets, KeyCases, Pens, and Phone Cases purchased directly from the Ridge official websites, Ridge official Amazon listings, and other Ridge Authorized retail partners on or after October 14th, 2025.
Customers may receive up to two full replacements through the Built for Life Program. If the style purchased originally is no longer available at the time of replacement, Ridge will provide an alternative item of comparable or reasonably equivalent style. Full replacements are subject to processing fees listed below.
