If you need parts to keep your gear functional? That's free, as always. If you need a full replacement, we'll send one your way at a fraction of the cost. No matter what comes your way, Ridge has your back.

Customers may receive up to two full replacements through the Built for Life Program. If the style purchased originally is no longer available at the time of replacement, Ridge will provide an alternative item of comparable or reasonably equivalent style.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated through our returns portal within 99 days of your purchase.
Condition: Items should be in usable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 7 business days once processed.
Exchanges: We'll ship exchanged items for free within the U.S. after your return is approved.
