Frequently asked questions

Do I have to record a unique ad for each video?


• Unless otherwise agreed upon, a unique ad is expected for each video.

When do I get paid?


• Shortly after your promo code and gear have been confirmed by our team, you'll be invited to set up direct deposit on our payment portal. Most partners get paid within one week of setting up their direct deposit, while other partners have special payment terms established before reaching an agreement. Once you're all set up, our payments get sent out every Tuesday (except holidays), and arrive in your bank account according to your bank's deposit schedule (typically 2-3 business days).

Can I only get a wallet, or can you send me other products?


• You can pick from any of the items listed in the dropdown menu of the New Partner Onboarding Form. The wallets are our original and best-selling product, so we prefer those to be promoted first and foremost. However, we don't mind sending out other items for you to enjoy personally!

How long does it take for my products to arrive?


• Orders will be shipped in 2-4 business days for orders within the continental United States.

Do I receive tracking info for my order?


• As long as an email address is provided on your New Partner Onboarding Form, you will receive tracking information.
