The Ridge Tracker Tag is a compact, keyring-sized tracker with dual network tracking support.
How to Disable Your Ridge Tracker Tag
- Locate the circular button to the right of the RIDGE logo
- Press and hold the button; the red LED will flash once per beep
- Continue holding until you hear three beeps, then release
- The Ridge Tracker Tag is now turned off and will no longer broadcast its location or respond to sound or locate requests
- Once powered off, the device will no longer transmit location data to the tracking network. The previous owner may still be able to see the last known location until the network refreshes.
How to Re-Add Your Ridge Tracker Tag
- Turn on the Ridge Tracker Tag by pressing the button once; the device will beep and the red LED will flash
- Open your compatible tracking app and follow the in-app instructions to add a new device
- Hold the Ridge Tracker Tag near your smartphone when prompted and complete pairing
- You do not need to re-pair as long as the tracker remains associated with your account
How to Charge Your Ridge Tracker Tag
- Place the Ridge Tracker Tag on any Qi-certified wireless charger
- A beep confirms charging has started
- Blue light: Device is charging
- Green light: Device is fully charged
- Only charge between 0°C–35°C (32°F–95°F)
