Whether you lose your ring, or lose 20 lbs. We’ve got you covered. Each purchase of a Ridge Beveled Ring Set comes with the option of 2 future exchanges for the same ring in the same or different size.

What if I order the wrong size?

If you get the wrong size, we’ll exchange it - no questions asked. Plus, we offer a 99-day risk-free trial and lifetime warranty.

Exchange your ring(s) for a new size within the 99-day trial period and it will NOT count toward the 2 guaranteed exchanges with Never Lost & Forever Fit Protection.

What if my ring gets lost or stolen?

If times get tough, we're here for you. We'll replace up to 2 rings of the same style as part of our Never Lost & Forever Fit Protection.

Proof of purchase may be required for a lost or stolen replacement to be initiated.

What if my ring size changes?

If your sunglasses, snow goggles, snow goggle lenses, blue light glasses, or React frames or lenses become damaged for any reason at all, you may request a new pair by submitting a request via the Replacement Program online process via Shady Rays website at wegotyou.shadyrays.com. If you lose your sunglasses or blue light glasses, you may also submit a request for replacement using this same process.

Proof of purchase may be required to make a Replacement Request. You may also be required to provide photographs of the damage to your item.

A processing fee is required for all replacements. The following processing fees apply based on the ship to address of the replacement item:

What materials are used to make the Ridge Beveled Rings?

The Ridge Beveled Rings are made with durable, scratch-resistant materials like Tungsten Carbide, Carbon Fiber, Forged Carbon, and Titanium. They also come in more premium materials like 24 Karat Gold.

The dual-band silicon ring is durable yet flexible. Perfect for additional comfort or an active fit.

Can I wear the Ridge Beveled Rings if my skin is sensitive/has a metal allergy?

Yes, our Titanium, Tungsten, Carbon fiber, and 24 Karat Gold rings are all hypoallergenic.

How do I clean my ring(s)?

For cleaning we recommend using soap and warm water.

What do I do if my ring is stuck on my finger?

No need to panic! If you got this ring on your finger, you can take it off too. Let's try these solutions together.

Your finger may be swollen, and we suggest using the medical method of raising your hand above your head and applying a cold compress. Attempt to remove the ring after trying these recommendations.
Next, find something slick like petroleum jelly, hand cream, butter, coconut oil, or even olive oil. Lather your finger thoroughly and gently rotate the ring back and forth to loosen it. Slow and steady now; pull the ring until it is off your finger.
In case of an emergency, if nothing is working - call your doctor and seek medical help. Medical professionals should have methods to remove the ring, which may even include some of the methods we provided. In the most extreme cases, the ring may need to be broken off using a vice grip wrench or other similar tools. Most household toolkits and emergency personnel have this common tool.
