Great customer service!
I am a big fan. It does not allow for very many keys within the spring portion, but any auxiliary keys you may need are easily stored on the key ring provided. The design is very pleasing and it is easy to use. I enjoy the minimalism it forces (because of the limited space for keys). I fit 3 keys on the actual mechanism. More may have been possible.
