Warranty - Ridge stands behind their products!

I had a warranty claim on my luggage (lock cylinder was damaged by baggage handlers) and Ridge stood behind their lifetime warranty. No questions asked they sent me a new bag. Thyr luggage is great and the service is even better!

Customer service is the best

American Airlines destroyed my bag on purposeā€¦. Ridge no questions asked. Replaced it!!! Great service. Highly recommend. The bags are good too!!
