    Loyal customer satisfied with Ridge

    After MANY years with my Ridge wallet, I needed a new elastic band. I contacted Ridge and they promptly replaced the band for FREE. I appreciate the customer service and plan to stay with Ridge as long as I need a wallet.

    Refreshing when a company stands by their warranties! My cash strap broke after a few years and Ridge replaced it under warranty. Will be sticking with my Ridge wallet until wallets become fully obsolete.
