Easy to work with and holds my most used keys securely. As long as you you don't have a custodial set of keys it's great.
The keyring is a bit weird to learn but very secure! I love the product, but what I love and appreciate more is the ridge support team. I made a pretty big mistake in the delivery address (previous residence in a completely different state) and I emailed them about it and they resent it to my correct address free of charge. This company is amazing and I plan on buying more products from them.
This is a great addition to the line up! I purchased one of your wallets when Ridge first launched. It was nice, but not overly happy. Tight fitting, felt clunky in the pocket and ended up going back to the “original” wallet. The new designs came out and color and wanted to give it another shot. Wow! Very impressive with the new wallets, the feel in the pocket is great, you must have done something with the design. Cards are easier to get out, comfortable, and love the new colors! Very happy with both the key chain and wallet.
I have 4 Ridge products. 2-KeyCase and 2 Credit Card wallets. They are solid, well-made and your product support is great. Recently the rubber ring holder on one of my KeyCases broke. I expected to get a replacement rubber holder, but Ridge sent me a new KeyCase. Just can't beat that kind of product support and service now-a-days.
