I have been using a ridge wallet for years and they have been awesome about the warranty!
Had a titanium model wallet for a few years now. Recently noticed that there were a few screws missing. Contacted Ridge customer service and had a complete replacement set of screws arriving just a few days later.
This is what I call excellent customer service and the reason I would buy other products from Ridge.
