Replacement Elastic for Ridge Wallet

After 5+ years this elastic was much needed. It’s like a brand new ridge wallet again!

Have had this wallet for years, it developed a problem with the elastic, I reached out to Customer Service via email. I received great communication all thru the process which was less than a week from start to my wallet being fixed. They sent everything I needed and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was 100% satisfied. You just don’t find product and customer support like this everywhere, I am very happy and would highly recommend. I have not received any compensation for this review this is 100% my experience
