Best luggage I’ve had
This luggage is tuff. One of our trips with it I’m pretty sure they drug it down the runway behind the plane! Joking of course, but it was abused horribly! Normal luggage would have been blown apart. I’m not saying several pieces didn’t have scratches and a few dents but it was obviously abused. But everything is still great about the luggage.
We did have one lock stop working and after turning in a claim , it was replaced in a timely manner!
