I had an issue with the wallet that I received for Christmas about 40 to 50 days after receiving my product, the elastic strap started to tear for the money band I took a couple pictures and sent it to the ridge team and they were absolutely amazing. I had my brand new wallet within a week and a half I highly recommend them
