Obviously over a few years, the elastic tends to lose its elasticity. After contacting Ridge (and only requesting a new elastic band), I was sent new elastic band, money clip, and a torx screwdriver to replace everything. Definitely āTop Notchā service and product. I highly recommend Ridge Wallets!
I have had my wallet for about 5 years the strap started to rip and was sent a new strap immediately the customer service was phenomenal highly recommend this company and their products!
purchased my wallet back 2014 elastic and clip had seen better days, emailed Ridge to inquire about new ones, they warranty them and I was sent new ones along w the star driver
