Received a Ridge wallet in 2018 as a gift. I was not aware of lifetime warranty. After 7 years of use and no complaints. I Checked out website to see about some lost screws and worn elastic and found I could place a warranty claim. Submitted the claim and a few days later I was informed Ridge would send me a new wallet.what a great warranty
