Had a few screws on my wallet unloosen and fall out; Ridge sent me a 14-pack of replacements within a week and now everything is back in place.

Solid Warranty

I discovered that i had a stripped screw hole on my wallet and while attempting to tighten them for the first time. I contacted Ridge with the details and they sent my warranty replacement parts and made it right.
