PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), PRIZE VALUE STATED IN U.S. DOLLARS (USD): One of ten $95 wallets (New wallet released on 11/13/25).

PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins at 4:00PM PST on Saturday, November 08, 2025 and ends at 9:00AM PST on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Initial email for promotional period will be sent by 4:00PM PT on start date of promotional period.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 states and D.C., ages 18 and older.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) winner from click completors will be conducted on or about Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from among all entries received. Odds of winning a prize will depend solely on the number of entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner(s) will be notified no later than November 20, 2025. The potential winner will be required to complete and return any and all forms deemed necessary by Ridge. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification and potential winner completing and returning all required documents.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, each participant agrees that The Ridge Wallet LLC (“Ridge”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability, and shall be held harmless, for any claim, action, loss, injury, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with:

(a) participation in the Giveaway;
(b) the acceptance, possession, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or
(c) any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, including but not limited to lost, interrupted, or unavailable network connections, server issues, or software or hardware malfunctions.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties are not responsible for:
Any unauthorized human intervention or tampering with the entry process or the Giveaway;
Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, equipment, or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway;
Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; or
Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

In no event shall the total liability of the Released Parties to any participant exceed the retail value of the prize awarded. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply in all cases.
