There was an issue with a Ridge wallet that I purchased for my son. The warranty application was easy and the team was very helpful in making sure that it was submitted correctly. A new replacement was issued with great promptness. My son was thrilled because he loves this product and uses it daily.

First off, ridge wallet is a great product, but their customer service is truly top tier! I had some hiccups with the shipping g fo the product and Ridge made the situation right!
