Great product and amazing customer service

Been a long time since I've worn and ring and I did not get the size right the 1st time......or the 2nd time. 3rd time was a charm with the help of customer service. They replaced each one within a week of each return request. Speedy, quality, great service. I've has a Ridge wallet for many years and expect the same durability from my new ring. Thank you Ridge!

Great ring! Great price! Great warranty!

I'm extremely pleased with both rings in this bundle and the case it comes in. I'm very grateful that it was fairly easy to get my replacement. The only negative I have was it said 7 to 10 days for a reply for my warranty and I didn't receive any confirmation for about 20 days. Which was not that big of a deal but definitely outside of the window that they suggested. They ask you not to follow up this way you don't flood their inbox up, which I can completely understand. But I did have to send a follow-up message and got a reply the very next day. Once again, not a big deal. I am very happy with this product. Thank you, ridge!!!

I had ordered wrong size had to exchange for different size, there was no problem with the company sent me a new one and it fits perfect. Love this ring and the color.
