Just received the backpack a few days ago. While I haven't been able to take it on a trip yet, it seems great. Love the clamshell opening which is great for getting full access to your things and not having to take everything out as a traditional backpack. Plenty of space. Divider shelf is great. Nice padded laptop/tablet sleeve. Easy access to the top organization of the main compartment without having to open the clamshell as well. Overall, well thought out high quality design.
