Love the customer support and the wallet. Over the years this wallet has taken a beating. The warranty service has been very responsive and prompt to provide outstanding customer service hassle free. The functionality and accessories for their products makes this a modular wallet for anyoneās needs.
Like everyone we all had that big bulky wallet. And I was unsure if Iād like the ridge wallet because I was so used to my giant wallet. But I was shocked that I absolutely love it. I can barely feel it in my pocket. The design is nice ,quality material. I highly recommend any of these ridge wallets.
Itās beautiful and my fiancĆ© loves it! Ordered it with the handy tool, too, and itās stunning. I didnāt realize this one was coming with the cash strap instead of the cash clip, but I think this might be better, as it fits better in your pocket with the strap (clip is bulkier, naturally). The gold detail on the inside is also very fancy, and itās a great weight - not too heavy, but heavy enough that it feels durable, solid and of high calibur. Would highly recommend.
Ordered this as a replacement wallet for his previous one, with the clip - it was still working just fine, with the bands still very sturdy (as are mine - mine is just as old). I just wanted to buy him a new one after 2+ years of him having his old one.
I finally caved and got one and I love it. It's simply and tiny, which is exactly what I need these days. Accessing the cards is definitely more finicky than a traditional bi-fold but I rarely need them as everything is done through my phone these days, so it's all good.
