Top Notch

So my trip home to Switzerland was my first flight with my new Ridge suitcase. The suitcase sustained a bent / broken corner rivet. I contacted Ridge asking how I should fix it thinking fill the hole with super glue. I donā€™t believe it resulted in any structural damage. I sent pictures. Next thing I know they are sending a whole new unit. Needless to say Ridge stands behind their products. I was totally blown away when they sent me shipping info on the new case.

Ridge is absolutely a top notch company that stands by their products.

Customer Service is better than the excellent carry-on

The carry-on is great. What I value most is that Ridge was able to address an issue with the zipper-lock immediately and set a replacement carry-on without issue. I have used the Ridge wallet for years and now look forward to years of using the carry-on. Thanks Ridge.
