    The product was sold as new, but it arrived looking used, and the frame around the camera was already coming loose. The seller offered me a partial refund so I wouldn’t have to return it. I accepted because I didn’t want the hassle of taking it to a UPS Store, but I won’t be using the item due to its condition.
