No, youāll need a Ridge Wallet to use the Refresh Set. The Refresh Set is designed for those looking for a new look or for anyone who wants to replace outer plates or elastic that could use some TLC.
The set includes everything youāll need to upgrade your existing Ridge Wallet to Ridge 2.0.

ā¢ Screw pack of 14 Black T5 Torx Screws
ā¢ T-5 Torx Driver
ā¢ Inner Elastic
ā¢ Cash Strap Elastic (attached to 2.0 Cash Strap Plate)
ā¢ Matching 2.0 Cash Strap Plate
All youāll need from your current Ridge Wallet are the inner plates.
Using the Torx screwdriver, loosen the screws to remove the outer plates and slide off the old elastics.
Slide the inner elastic over the inner plates and center the cash strap elastic around one of the outer plates. Attach the new outer plates using the new screw set.

I really like the idea of the refresh set. I think this is a GREAT idea for when you want to change the look of your waIlet. It would be nice if the Refresh Set were available in several different color options, not just the few colors.
I hope this will be available in the future.
Man, sometimes you just gotta tinker with things to make 'em feel new again. It's pretty satisfying when a small adjustment makes a big difference. Honestly, it was a breeze, hardly any effort involved. Definitely a win when you can give your old wallet a refresh this easily.

This was a very cool kit I updated the mag wallet version back strip. And then I took out the old school Ridge titanium wallet Iāve had for almost ten years my first wallet that introduced me to Ridge and put the olive plate on with the money clip that came with the orginal. Ridge and made it to a whole new wallet giving it a fresh look and the elastic bands on my original ridge is still good so no need to chage that up yet. But itās good to know,I already have it when i need to change it out.
