I got this bag replaced under the lifetime warranty - and service is outstanding. This bag is perfect for carry-on.
So my trip home to Switzerland was my first flight with my new Ridge suitcase. The suitcase sustained a bent / broken corner rivet. I contacted Ridge asking how I should fix it thinking fill the hole with super glue. I donāt believe it resulted in any structural damage. I sent pictures. Next thing I know they are sending a whole new unit. Needless to say Ridge stands behind their products. I was totally blown away when they sent me shipping info on the new case.
