We've found getting your cards out of the Ridge wallet can take some getting used to. However, it tends to quickly become second nature.
To best utilize your wallet, we recommend placing your most used cards on the outside of your card stack and closest to the inner plates of the wallet for easy access.
However, when it comes to getting the cards on the inside, we recommend using the fan method, which is similar to when you fan out playing cards.
Here are the fan method steps:
1. Push your cards up through the thumb hole at the bottom of the wallet.
2. Pull your cards out a little more so that the edge of your cards are sticking out in the middle of the elastic.
3. Hold the card closest to you with your thumb, and fan out the rest of the cards with your index finger while holding the back card with the rest of your fingers for stability.

The Ridge wallet has an internal elastic band that can expand and contract to hold anywhere from 1-12 cards securely.
The dimensions of each wallet are 86 x 54 x 6 mm. The exact width and length of a credit card.
For the Cash Strap version, the dimensions are 86 mm in length, 55 mm in height, and 1.5 mm thick.
The Money Clip is an additional 10 mm thick.
Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology that uses radio waves to read, write, and store data onto a chip attached to an item. The plastic chip is small and flat with an electronic tag and embedded antenna that can transmit information to an RFID reader. A tag can be read from up to several feet away and does not need to be within direct line-of-sight of the reader to be tracked.
RFID-blocking technology disrupts the electromagnetic waves transmitted by the card reader so that no one can access the information without your permission. Remember, it’s not just your money they can steal, but also your personal details, including full names and addresses.
RFID-blocking wallets are made from thin, durable metal, such as carbon fiber and aluminum. These special materials prevent unwanted radio frequencies from penetrating the card case and activating the RFID tag on your credit, debit, or ID cards

At this time, the Ridge Wallet for MagSafe is only compatible with one accessory at a time. The Money Clip, Cash Strap, and AirTag attachments may all be positioned on the back of the Wallet as the MagSafe Plate is positioned on the front of the Wallet.

You can get to the correct ring size using a simple piece of string or dental floss. Here’s what you need to do:

Using the chart to get accurate measurements is relatively easy. Essentially, you’ll need to perform only two steps:
You should place the ring on the chart so that its inner edge matches with a particular circle on the chart. This will give you the inner circumference of the existing ring, which will be an excellent point for orientation moving forward.
Wrap the strip of paper with the chart around your finger. Find where the strip overlaps and mark the precise point.
Ring sizer tool:
Ring sizing tools are relatively simple to use and come in plastic and metal variants. These tools are essentially special strips that you can wrap around your finger to get precise measurements. A sizer does pretty much the same thing as the described homemade methods. However, as a professional tool, it’s much more reliable than paper or floss.
You can go to your local jeweler and ask them to use their sizer. Or, if you want to have the tool available at your home, you can find ring sizers available for purchase online.
Wide vs. narrow bands
Perhaps it doesn’t sound obvious, but different band widths may call for different sizes. A narrow band will fit nicely at the point where you measured your finger. However, a wide band might be just right for that point but too tight a few millimeters away.
To ensure you have the right size for a wide band, measure where on your finger the band should start and end. Then, use the described methods to get exact dimensions at the highest and lowest points on your finger. If the measurements differ, go with the larger one.
Temperature and finger size fluctuations
Interestingly enough, your finger size isn’t always the same. We’ve already brought up finger swelling, and that’s because this phenomenon can happen at any time. The temperature has a particularly strong impact here.
You should account for finger size fluctuations when choosing the ring size. Besides taking care of this aspect when measuring, think about whether your fingers tend to swell often. If so, it might be a good idea to get a slightly larger ring.
International ring size conversion
If you’re shopping for rings internationally, you should know that not all countries have the same sizing convention for rings. A particular U.S. ring size might be completely different across both the Atlantic and the Pacific.
Fortunately, there’s a handy conversion chart that you can use to “translate” one ring size to another. Consult this official international chart to convert ring sizes easily.

The Coin Tray is slightly thicker than a standard debit or credit card yet opens up a world of possibilities for your Ridge wallet. It allows you to carry a few coins, keys, and other small items in your Ridge wallet while maintaining a slim profile.
Installing the Coin Tray is as simple as it gets.
Place the Coin Tray on a flat surface, ensuring the side with the logo is facing upwards.
Put your desired items (coins, keys, etc.) on the tray. Avoid stacking items above the level of the tray and overfilling it.
Once filled, line the Coin Tray's longer side with the Ridge wallet's opening.
If necessary, slightly spread the Ridge wallet apart.
Step 1: Use the provided T5 Torx driver to take out the screws and remove the Outer Plates
Step 2: Remove the Cash Strap Elastic and replace it with the Money Clip Elastic

Step 1: Opening - Use the thin edge of the Bolt Tool to unscrew the large, top screw near the open end of the organizer. There is no need to unscrew anything other than this.
Step 2: Inserting - Hold the tension plate down with your thumb and place the keys on the dowel. The keys should lay perpendicular to the plate in an L shape. The Keycase will secure 2-6 keys.
Step 3: Securing - Place the top plate back to align with the dowel. Insert the screw back through the plate into the dowel. Tighten in place, you should not need to apply too much pressure. You will feel clicks as the locking mechanism falls in and out of place and the screw gradually tightens and secure the plate and keys. Do not over-tighten.
Some customers have expressed difficulties getting the KeyCase to reassemble after taking the clip off. The clip does help to keep the tension in the plates and allows small amounts of keys to be used and to stay in place.

No. The Simple Modern Water Bottle is not dishwasher-safe and should be hand-washed after every use. We do not recommend placing it in the dishwasher as this could cause exterior damage and discoloration. The lid is top-rack dishwasher safe.
Soak your bottle or tumbler in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes (soaking for long periods of time could cause damage to your bottle). Then, clean all parts of your product and lid thoroughly. After washing, rinse and set aside to air dry, storing your bottle and tumbler separately from its lid.
In need of a deep clean? Mix 1 part cleaning vinegar, 1 part water, and 1 Tbsp. baking soda inside your bottle. Let that sit overnight. The next day, pour out ¾ of the mixture and add another 1 Tbsp. of baking soda. Scrub thoroughly, rinse, then set aside to air dry.

We recommend using pliers to gently grip the blade, lift it up, and pull it firmly backward. This should remove the blade without any damage to the razor. Just be careful not to lift up with too much force.

Absolutely! The Strengthening Tray can be attached to any phone case as it features adhesive backing. The Strengthening Tray acts as a locking device to ensure that your Ridge Wallet doesn’t slide.
Although the Strengthening Tray is optional, we recommend it to ensure the strongest connection possible if you aren’t using any other MagSafe-compatible products. During our thorough testing, we observed that the wallet can twist to the side without the tray, which reduces the strength of the magnetic connection and makes it less secure.

Ridge warrants that all non-wallet products are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the lifespan of the Warranty.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
The Ridge Beveled Ring Set:
Each purchase of a Ridge Ring Set comes with Never Lost Forever Fit Protection. This allows 2 future exchanges or replacements for the same ring in a different or same ring size. The 99-day risk-free trial does not count towards the future exchange or replacement.
Never Lost Forever Fit Protection Includes:
Proof of purchase may be required for a lost or stolen replacement to be initiated.
The Never Lost Forever Fit protection program does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Polycarbonate Wallets predate our Lifetime Warranty and came with a 1 year Limited Warranty.
We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim if we believe the claim to be fraudulent or if the item was purchased before implementation of our Lifetime Warranty or if the Wallet was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and e-Bay.
This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.
Please note that if your Ridge product is eligible for a replacement then your replacement will be the same color and material of your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock than your replacement will be of a similar material and color.
