The suitcase is great!! Sturdy but i can really put a lot of stuff in it. Also ridge has been top notch in the customer service!!!!
Absolutely the best customer service. After an airline rendered our first Ridge Check-In unusable, customer service bent over backwards to deliver the goods and sent us a replacement!!! We truly love our luggage and are looking to purchase the lilac set. The luggage is that good!! Thanks Ridge.
